Painting My Belly

We decided to decorate my belly about a week or two before Bayla was born. The girls had a great time painting my stomach. They ended up with just as much paint on their hands and faces as they did on my stomach!

Where Is MOO???

Emmerson was sick one day and I dropped Billie off at daycare, so that I could take Emmerson to the doctor. I looked in my mirror and this is what I saw!! When I asked Emmerson if she was okay, she said, "I sick". The poor baby was dehydrated and had fever of 105. We later found out that she had the flu. I hate when my babies are sick.

My mama's mama made Emmerson her clown costume for the pageant Emmerson was in. She is in her 90's, so it took her awhile to make it. My mama decided to make Presley and Billie's costume, so that they could all be clowns for Halloween.

Emmerson's First Pageant

Emmerson was in her first beauty pageant a few weeks ago. It was a beauty/costume contest. She was very excited about being in the pageant, but had no clue what she was supposed to do. Her parents didn't prepare her very well! Bill walked out with her for the dress portion and I went out with her for the costume part. She was very nervous and the judges didn't get to see her wonderful personality. She did get a bag of candy at the end of the pageant, so that made everything worth it for her.

Emmerson is Two!!

Emmerson turned 2 on September 15! She goes to pre-school and has a lot of good friends. Emmerson loves her baby dolls and "froggle". She is growing up so fast!

Elmo Live!

We took Emmerson and Billie to see Elmo for Emmerson's birthday. Emmerson was a little afraid of the characters when they came in the audience. Billie was amazed by everything!

Water Park

We took the girls to the water park at Fort Jackson again this year. Uncle Preston went with us to hang out with Presley. Billie loved the water! She would crawl around in the sprinkler section and let the water splash her in the face. Emmerson enjoyed the baby slide and the big kid slide. She is brave! Presley was able to go on the biggest slide this year even though she was still a little too short. Uncle Preston talked the worker into allowing her to go down it. We had a wonderful day and can't wait to go back again next year!
