Kiddie Pool Fun

Emmerson and Billie were bored in the house this past Saturday. Presley had gone to Fun Day in Lexington with Nonie. We decided to get them a little pool to see if they liked it. They had a blast playing in the water together.

Share Bears

Presley was chosen to be the main character of her kindergarten music program. She was Bailey Bear and she had a lot of talking parts during the program. She did a wonderful job and we were so proud of her.

Interesting....

Emmerson likes to take things out of the drawers in the kitchen. She found an old receipt and stuck it in the back of her pants. She was mad when I made her take it out!

Girls Just Wanna Have Fun

The girls love to sit in the floor and play pat-a-cake and sing the ABC's.

Easter Egg Hunt...for the 6th time!!

Little Bill

Presley realized that Billie had one of her eggs. She didn't think she had enough eggs in her basket, so she took the egg from Billie. Poor B!

So...Emmerson gives Billie two of her eggs so that Billie doesn't cry.

Presley loved hunting eggs, but wanted us to hide them out in the open so she didn't have to spend too much time looking for them.

Bill was talking to Billie in a deep voice and she just started cracking up.

I think dad has gone loco from being home this week with the girls and a pregnant wife.

Concentrate...Presley wanted to make her egg look perfect.

We bought a kit with sand in it. The girls enjoyed putting glue on the eggs and rolling them in the sand.

Doctor Visit

Emmerson and Billie went to the doctor yesterday for their well-baby visits. Emmerson went for her 18 month appointment (she will be 19 months on the 15th of April). Billie had her 6 month visit even though she is almost 8 months. We had to put off taking them for their shots because they have had ear infections and throat infections.
Emmerson weighed 28 pounds and was in the 93rd percentile for her weight. She was 33 inches long, so she is in the 86th percentile for height. Her head circumference was in the 98th percentile!!
Billie weighed 19 pounds and was in the 80th percentile for weight. She was 28.5 inches long and in the 96th percentile. Her little bitty head was in the 30th percentile!
They both had to get shots, but did great with them.

Tattoos

Bill and I had Fidelis tattooed on both of us because it means always faithful. We will always be faithful to our family and one another. This tattoo is mine.

Bill has his tattooed on his side because I will always be beside him!!

Bill had the thunderbird tattooed on the top part of his arm. His pap nicknamed him T-Bird when he was born because he said that he was the top of the totem pole. Bill's entire family still calls him T-Bird.

Reading Buddies

Presley is a fantastice reader!! She likes to read everything. Emmerson loves books too. They spent a long time sitting on the couch together while Presley read to Emmerson.

Billie seems to like working under things. She has "fixed" the baby doll stroller and the swing for us.
